ABOUT ME

Cyber Security Analyst with a special interest in Incident Response and Network Security. I am currently studying for the CYSA certification and continuing to learn Python as well as rack up points completing Try Hack Me learning paths. 

I am a queer trans masculine person with a previous 5+ year career in theatrical higher education that has made me an expert in problem-solving during stressful circumstances. I have managed over 100 projects and worked with over 500 individuals to deliver products on fixed timelines and identify issues before they became problems. 

There is always more to learn in this industry and the commitment to continuously improving is something I have always been deeply passionate about. I have a thorough understanding of the way things are built, in fact, I can look at almost anything and draw the layers of it in my head, reverse engineering the blueprint. I love learning how to apply that same framework to computer security and network topology, finding where the structure is weak and patching it, and building something stronger. 

I hope in my career to build a system that tempts the best of hackers to try and crack it. I’ve got a whole lot more learning before I get there, but it’s where I’m going.
